Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Adriana J McGrath ("I", "me", "my"), including but not limited to trading signal delivery via Telegram, the client portal at adrianajmcgrath.com/portal/, and any associated educational or mentorship content, you ("the Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use my services. Continued use of the portal, signals channel, or any associated service constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Nature of Services

I provide cryptocurrency trading signals, educational content, and mentorship services. My services include:

• Trading Signals: Real-time buy, sell, and hold recommendations for cryptocurrency pairs including BTC/USD, ETH/USDT, XRP/USDT, SOL/USD, LTC/USD, and BTC/ETH, delivered via Telegram.
• Educational Content: Market analysis, risk management strategies, technical analysis tutorials, and trading methodology guides.
• Client Portal: A secure online dashboard for tracking signals, portfolio performance, wallet balance, and account activity.
• Mentorship: Personalised guidance and direct communication via Telegram and the client portal messaging system.

My services are not regulated financial advice. I am not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or investment manager. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make.

Commission Structure & Fees

My fee structure consists of two components that apply to signal subscribers:

• Signals Subscription Fee: Access to my live trading signals requires an active subscription of $150/month or $1,500/year. Full details are set out in Section 06.
• Performance Commission: In addition to the subscription fee, I charge a commission of 10% of net profits generated under my signal service during each calendar month.
• Commission is only charged on profitable outcomes. If signals result in a net loss for the month, no performance commission applies.
• Commission is calculated at the end of each calendar month and settled via the client's portal wallet.
• I reserve the right to adjust the commission rate with 30 days' written notice to existing clients.

Disputes regarding commission calculations must be raised within 14 days of the relevant settlement period.

Client Portal & Account Access

Access to the client portal is granted exclusively by me upon successful application review. By registering for portal access, you agree to the following:

• Approval Required: All account applications are reviewed and approved by me personally. Submission of an application does not guarantee access.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any third party.
• Two-Factor Authentication: A 2FA code is required upon every sign-in for security purposes.
• One Account Per Person: You may only hold one active portal account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at my sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.

Wallet, Deposits & Withdrawals

The client portal includes an internal wallet system for tracking funds associated with your account. The following terms apply:

• Deposits: Funds are deposited using cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, SOL, XRP, ETH). Deposits are credited to your account only after I confirm receipt on-chain, typically within 24–48 hours of notification.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are submitted through the portal and processed manually. I aim to process approved withdrawals within 24–48 hours.
• No Guarantees on Exchange Rates: All cryptocurrency transactions are subject to market exchange rates at the time of transaction. I am not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.
• Transaction Errors: Once a cryptocurrency transaction is submitted to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed. You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses.

Signals Access — Subscription Fee

Full access to my live trading signals dashboard within the client portal requires an active subscription. Two plans are available:

• Signals access grants entry to the live signals section, including daily signals across six markets (BTC/USD, ETH/USDT, XRP/USDT, SOL/USD, LTC/USD, BTC/ETH), signal history, and profit tracking.
• Payment can be made from your portal wallet balance or via direct cryptocurrency payment (BTC, USDT, SOL, XRP).
• Signals access is activated only after I confirm and approve your payment from the admin dashboard.
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been granted.
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
• The signals subscription fee is entirely separate from, and in addition to, the 10% performance commission charged on profits generated through my signals. Both fees apply concurrently for active signal subscribers.
• I reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.

Risk Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Profit

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. By using my services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results. My verified 87% win rate is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of future performance.
• You may lose some or all of the capital you invest. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
• I provide signals as educational guidance only. The decision to execute any trade rests entirely with you.
• I am not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from your use of my signals or services.
• You are responsible for understanding the tax implications of cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, my services or the client portal.
• Any trading losses incurred as a result of acting on my signals or advice.
• Technical failures, downtime, or errors in the client portal or Telegram channel.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals outside my reasonable control.

My total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to me in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct when using my services:

• Sharing, redistributing, or reselling my trading signals to third parties without my written consent.
• Using my signals, content, or branding to create competing services or products.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with me.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the client portal or any associated systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions or fees.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward me or other clients.
• Using my services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraudulent activity.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the client portal, including trading signals, market analysis, educational materials, written content, graphics, and branding, is my intellectual property and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use my content solely for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of my content without my prior written consent.

Privacy & Data

I take your privacy seriously. By using my services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in my Privacy Policy, available at adrianajmcgrath.com/privacy-policy/.

Personal data collected includes your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, trading experience, and communication history. This data is used solely for the purposes of providing my services and managing your account. I do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. The following applies upon termination:

• Your Termination: You may close your account at any time via the Settings section of the client portal. Outstanding commission balances remain payable upon termination.
• My Termination: I reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at my sole discretion, including for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment of commission, or abusive behaviour.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the client portal and signals will be revoked immediately. Any outstanding wallet balance will be returned to you in cryptocurrency within 14 days, minus any outstanding commission owed.
• Subscription Fee Refunds: Signals subscription fees ($150/month or $1,500/year) are non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been granted. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

Amendments

I reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, I will notify existing clients via email or through the client portal with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of my services following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
